How it works
One process, stated plainly — from the moment you get a price to the moment your translation lands in your inbox.
- 01
Get your price
Run the instant price or add your service to the cart. You see the exact rate, the minimum order and the turnaround options before you commit.
- 02
We confirm & assign
We confirm scope, language pair and any certification needs, then assign the translator suited to your subject matter — legal, technical, marketing or general.
- 03
Translation & review
Your document is translated in full, then checked by a second read against your original before anything is sent.
- 04
Delivery
Delivered digitally as standard. Certified translations also offer post within Spain or international courier, chosen at checkout.
Get your price
The price you see is the price you pay, plus 21% IVA shown before checkout — no follow-up quote, no "final invoice may vary."
We confirm & assign
Assignment isn't automatic guesswork — a legal document is translated against a legal glossary; a technical manual, a technical one; a certified document, by the process a sworn translation requires.
Translation & review
Every job is checked against its original before delivery — names, dates, numbers and formatting, not just fluency.
Delivery
Digital delivery reaches you the moment your translation is ready. Certified post and international courier are available wherever a physical stamped copy is required, each with its own stated timeframe.
What's actually in the envelope (certified translation)
- The full translation, matched page for page to your original.
- Stamped and signed by the translator responsible for the work.
- A signed statement of accuracy.
- Digital PDF as standard; the physical copy if you chose post or courier.

If something's wrong, here's exactly what happens
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we correct any error on our part at no charge — that's a stated commitment, not a case-by-case negotiation. A change beyond correcting our error — a change of substance, a change of mind, or a request for a different style — may be quoted as new work; we'll always tell you which one applies before doing anything.
